Trade stands
On the 17, 18 & 19 of August the Aero Para Club der Kempen vzw organises the 10th Fly-In @ Malle (EBZR). This event is a public event and open for all visitors by car, bike or plane. Vendors can apply to set up a trade stand, to apply for a trade stand, we kindly ask you to complete the application form below.
This application form will be used to set up the agreement between the organizers and the vendors. The organization will draft a unique contract for each vendor. An agreement signed by both parties guarantees the reservation of your trade stand during these events. Upon receipt of the signed agreement, the invoice will be generated. As soon as the invoice is paid by the vendor, all required documents as well as all practical details will be sent by mail.
Vendors can offer any type of goods for sale, with the exception for food and beverages which cannot be sold by external vendors. The organization cannot provide hardware to the vendors for setting up their trade stands. All vendors should bring their own equipment realizing that stands are to be placed out-door. No power can be supplied to the stands. Standard fee for a trade stand for the Fly-In @ Malle is € 220,00. This fee allows for a maximum ground surface of 30m². If a larger surface is required, this can be discussed on an individual basis.
Each vendor has access to the airshow ground with one car on the day of the show and it can be placed next to the stand. Each vendor will receive three entry passes for his personnel. Included in the fee are 2 tickets to the ig Breitling Barbecue".
